We cover Richmond, Kingston, Surrey, and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius. If you're outside this area, contact us anyway—we may be able to help or recommend someone who can.

For ongoing maintenance, we prefer two weeks' notice to fit you into our schedule. One-off services can usually be arranged within a week, depending on availability.

We work in most conditions, but we'll reschedule if weather makes the work unsafe or would damage your garden. You won't be charged for cancelled visits.
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. We can provide documentation if required.
